The final spot in the World 11 is assigned to the remaining outfield player with the next highest number of votes. The 10 players within those men’s and women’s squads who receive the most votes in their position are then selected for the World 11. The FIFA FIFPRO Women’s World 11 squad consists of the best 23 women’s players based on their performances during the period 7 August 2021 to 31 July 2022 inclusive. The FIFA FIFPRO Men’s World 11 squad is comprised of the best 26 men’s players based on their performances during the period 8 August 2021 to 18 December 2022 inclusive.
